Hey, Thanks for reaching out and getting in touch. I'm excited to hear more about you and share with you how I work. So please book yourself in so we can have a chat.
The session is usually quite relaxed, I'll have quite a few questions to help me understand what's been going on for you and I encourage you to think of some questions that you want to ask me about what you can expect, AND what you want from health coaching.
By the end of the session I'll give you some top tips that will help you make some small but significant changes that will help you improve your lifestyle and health.
